About Rise And Shine Healing
Rise and Shine Healing is founded by Sangavasini. Sangavasini's belief is that you already are what you want yourself to be; that you are that which you are seeking for in essence; a unique expression of existence. Through workshops, meditations and individual sessions Rise and Shine Healing can assist you on your journey of awakening and self-realization. Although the word "Healing" can be misleading and might indicate that there is something broken or missing, it is meant to point to the awakening process itself. The word "healing" in the title Rise and Shine Healing merely points to the realization of self, the so called "remembering" process - not with the head, but with the heart.
Rise and Shine offers workshops and events for groups and individuals, as well as private healing sessions and consultations for individuals.
New: Formal Name Change
Hereby I would like to anounce that I have received my spiritual name from Paramahamsa Nithyananda when I was in India . I am legally going to change my name. My new, true name is: Ma Ananda Sangavasini , or Sangavasini for short. “Sanga” means “community” and “Vasini” means “dweller” in sanskrit. So the translation for my whole name is “Blissful Dweller of the Sanga”. Paramahamsa Nithyananda meditates on your energy and the name that he gives is the name that resonates with your life path, it will remind you every time someone speaks your name.
I feel very blessed with such a beautiful name as it feels like this name is perfect for me. Anybody who knows me knows how much I enjoy being in the community and connecting with people!

Sangavasini's passion is in supporting each individual on their journey for the emerging of being to happen – for the being to Rise and Shine! Whether this is through a personal session, or workshop or meditation.
Sangavasini has a strong drive to assist others through relating to her own experiences, knowledge and clairsentience. Her private healing sessions consist of energy treatments and intuitive life coaching in a space of presence.
Sangavasini has been involved in energy healing since 1996 and has experience in various healing modalities including Usui Reiki, Healing Touch, NEI (Neuro Emotional Intelligence), ARC bodywork and Energetic Clearing. She has recently spent three months in India to participate in a program conducted by Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Daily Nithya Yoga and Meditation and initiation in Nithya Healing were part of the program. She was trained in Holland as a certified vet-tech and was a canine obedience instructor for several years while living there.
BeJay Harty
BeJay has been on a spiritual journey for the past ten years. In that time she has developed an awareness of spirit and the benefits of following the inner guidance that is within all of us. It is that inner guidance that has empowered her to make positive life changes and live in her truth. BeJay lives with a strong belief of our connectedness to all living things. She believes that unconditional love is the way to heal the world. We are one with all of humanity and to love your brother is to love yourself. When we allow love and peace to resonate within, it extends into our outer world creating a more peaceful and loving world around us.
BeJay is a spiritual counsellor who uses Angel and Tarot Cards as a spiritual tool to help people discover their path to self awareness.
She offers private in-depth and intuitive readings using claircognizance and clairsentience, as well as, her own life experiences to help you bring situations to the light that you have hidden from yourself. The guidance she gives comes from a place of love and the desire to serve and help others on their journey so that they may discover their true light and live in their power.
